Project Upplatelseform (tenure) on project APIs

Added

tenure is now supported on project-level APIs, allowing broker systems to set and read a project's Upplatelseform directly when working with projects.

The field is available in:

• Create a project
• Update a project
• Get a project
• List projects

Changed

Project requests that include an invalid tenure value now return a validation error from CoreAPI enum validation.
