Changes to the API since March 2026.
Publication status now includes allowedMarketStates indicating which market states can be assigned to a listing based on its current state and history.
The new allowedMarketStates field is an array of strings returned as part of the publicationStatus object. It shows which market states are currently valid for the listing when using the Update a listing's market state endpoint.
The allowed states depend on the listing's publication history. For example, the TEASED state is only available for listings that have never been visible on Hemnet.
Example values include FOR_SALE, UPCOMING, and TEASED.
